General Terms and Conditions of Business

Preamble

On the website www.magmacasting.com interested parties have the opportunity to apply for casting as actors in TV and video productions. For this
purpose, the interested party must provide the information requested in the application form and give his/her consent to the processing of the data.

§ 1 General

1.1 The parties within the scope of the following General Terms and Conditions (GTC) are:

℅ LITTLE CAPRICE MEDIA S.R.O, Lidická 700/19 Veveří, 602 00 Brno, Czech Republic, E.U. (hereinafter referred to as “Provider”) and the Applicant (
hereinafter referred to as “Applicant” ).

1.2 The Provider shall provide all services on the basis of the following General Terms and Conditions in the version valid at the time of the order.

1.3 Any conflicting, additional or deviating provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall only be recognized if the Provider has expressly agreed to
them in writing in the individual case. If the provisions of these General Terms and Conditions should nevertheless conflict with the provisions of
other terms and conditions, the provisions of the General Terms and Conditions of the Supplier shall apply in case of doubt.

§ 2 Subject matter of the contract

The subject of these terms and conditions is the application for casting as an actor in picture, TV and video productions. The details will be communicated to the applicant on the website or after the application in writing by e-mail, by telephone or, if necessary, in person.

§ 3 Application

3.1 The applicant must complete the application form (casting form) provided on the website.

3.2 Applicants who have not yet reached the age of 18 may not apply. If necessary, the applicant may be requested to upload a copy of the ID or
passport for age verification as part of the application.

§ 4 Liability

4.1 Claims of the applicants for damages are excluded. Excluded from this are claims for damages by the applicants arising from injury to life, limb
or health or from the breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations) as well as liability for other damages based on an intentional
or grossly negligent breach of duty by the provider, its legal representatives or vicarious agents. Cardinal obligations within the meaning of these GTC are those obligations that enable the proper performance of the contract and the achievement of its purpose in the first place and on whose compliance the Applicant may therefore regularly rely.

4.2 In the event of a breach of material contractual obligations, the Provider shall only be liable for the foreseeable damage typical for the
contract if such damage was caused by simple negligence, unless it is a matter of claims for damages by the Applicant arising from injury to life,
body or health.

4.3 The restrictions of sections 4.1 and 4.2 shall also apply in favor of the Provider’s legal representatives and vicarious agents if claims are
asserted directly against them.

4.4 The provider assumes no liability for the constant and uninterrupted availability of its Internet presence or for technical or electronic errors
of the online offer.

4.5 Data communication via the Internet cannot be guaranteed to be error-free and/or available at all times according to the current state of
technology. In this respect, the provider is not liable for the constant or uninterrupted availability of the website and the service offered there.

§ 5 Copyrights to images

The right to use media that the applicant sends to the provider with the application is only valid for direct use by the provider. The provider may only resell or rent out the media if the applicant has given his prior consent in text form. In the event of a transfer to third parties (sale, rental, etc.), regulations for use between the Provider, Applicant and third parties must be recorded in writing.

§ 6 Storage of the contract text/data protection

6.1 The application will be stored by the Provider. Before sending the application, the applicant will be provided with all information and these
General Terms and Conditions on the website for information and download.

6.2 By submitting the application, the applicant authorizes the provider to process, store, evaluate and use the data received in connection with the
business relationship in accordance with the Data Protection Act. Data will be forwarded to third parties solely for the purpose of implementing the
contract.

6.3 The applicant may at any time request information about the stored data, exercise the right to correction and withdraw consent.

§ 7 Final provisions

7.1 All agreements or changes to agreements made as well as assurances must be in text form to be effective.
